Adult dose

Candesartan Cilexetil 1. Essential Hypertension - The initial and maintenance dose is recommended as 8 to 16 mg orally once daily. - If blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled after 4 weeks of treatment at 16 mg once daily, it may be increased to a maximum of 32 mg once daily. - The initial dose for patients with intravascular volume depletion and kidney impairment is to start at 4 mg, and for liver disease patients, the initial dose is 2 mg once daily.

Child dose

Candesartan Cilexetil - Safety and efficacy have not been established in adolescents and children under 18 years of age. Rosuvastatin - No separate dosage and administration is mentioned for children.

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, so it must be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. Do not take this medication if you are allergic to it or if you have liver disease, severe liver impairment, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Special caution is needed in elderly patients, patients with hyperkalemia, liver disease, kidney disease, and myopathy, and they should follow their doctor's instructions. If symptoms such as muscle pain or weakness occur, consult a doctor immediately, and if these symptoms are severe, discontinuation of the medication may be necessary. This medication can affect liver and kidney function, so regular blood tests and liver function tests are required.
