This medication is used for patients who require simultaneous administration of two medications: Candesartan Cilexetil and Rosuvastatin. Candesartan Cilexetil is used for the treatment of essential hypertension and in heart failure patients with impaired left ventricular function when additional ACE inhibitors are needed or are not well tolerated. Rosuvastatin is used as an adjunct to diet in various lipid disorder diseases, including hypercholesterolemia, familial hypercholesterolemia, and dysbetalipoproteinemia, and helps reduce the risks of stroke, myocardial infarction, and vascular revascularization in high-risk cardiovascular disease patients. The combination of the two medications allows for effective management of hypertension and dyslipidemia, used for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
