This medication is used for patients who are required to take both Candesartan Cilexetil and Rosuvastatin. Candesartan Cilexetil is used for treating essential hypertension and for heart failure patients (especially those with impaired left ventricular systolic function) who require additional help from ACE inhibitors or who have poor tolerance. Rosuvastatin is used as an adjunct to diet in patients with hypercholesterolemia that is unmanageable by diet and exercise, familial hypercholesterolemia, and combined hyperlipidemia. It also lowers cholesterol levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia, delays the progression of atherosclerosis, and assists in the treatment of patients with abnormal beta-lipoproteinemia. In patients at high risk for cardiovascular diseases, it is used to reduce the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and arterial revascularization. Therefore, this medication helps improve blood pressure and cardiac function, manage cholesterol, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Periodic liver function tests are recommended since signs of liver dysfunction may occur during treatment. Caution is needed as dizziness may occur while driving or operating machinery.
