The vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E contained in this medication are suitable for alleviating physical fatigue or decreasing physical strength during pregnancy, breastfeeding, during or after illness, and in old age. It also helps relieve eye fatigue and improves various symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, cheilitis, glossitis, stomatitis, lingual inflammation, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, it is effective for shoulder or neck stiffness and numbness and coldness in hands and feet resulting from peripheral blood flow disorders and menopausal symptoms. Finally, it helps relieve muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. This medication is used to improve overall physical strength and relieve various pain and inflammatory symptoms.
How to take

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months, patients with severely impaired kidney function, and individuals allergic to soybean oil or peanuts should not use this medication. It is important to avoid taking this medication in conjunction with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa while on this medication. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant, breastfeeding, premature infants, patients with heart or cardiovascular diseases, kidney impairment, hypoalbuminemia, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or any abnormality in fat metabolism should consult a medical professional before taking this medication. This medication contains Tartrazine, which requires caution in individuals allergic to this ingredient. If you experience diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, red spots, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction while taking this medication, immediately stop and consult a professional. Additionally, be cautious as menstruation may occur earlier than usual or bleeding may persist longer than usual. Women taking oral contraceptives with estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis may have an increased risk of thrombosis when taking vitamin E. Long-term high-dose intake of pyridoxine can lead to nerve damage, so caution is required. Excessive dosing can result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so be cautious. Particularly, caution should be exercised when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to a risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after one month of taking this medication, consult a professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, and it can turn urine yellow, affecting clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor plasma lipid levels to adjust the dosage of this medication accordingly, especially when used with other intravenous lipid preparations, considering the lipid content.
