This medication includes Vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 and can be used for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, as well as to address weakness after illness and age-related concerns. Vitamin E helps alleviate peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, improving shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and cold extremities. Vitamin B1 is effective in relieving neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, and eye fatigue. Additionally, Vitamins B2 and B6 help alleviate inflammation around the mouth such as angular stomatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. It also assists in relieving muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Overall, it is used for health improvement by restoring physical strength and alleviating various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For ages 12 and older: take 1 tablet twice a day

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergies to specific ingredients or those who have had hypersensitive reactions in the past. Additionally, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months or patients with severe renal dysfunction. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, peanuts, etc., should also avoid this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to simultaneously take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like Levodopa. Patients undergoing treatment, pregnant women or those with a possibility of pregnancy, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children should consult with a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory diseases, those with kidney disorders, and patients with hypoproteinemia should also seek expert advice before use. Patients with dyslipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, and other fat metabolism disorders should be cautious when taking it. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system symptoms appear during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult an expert. Women should be cautious as their menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may persist longer. Women taking contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis are at risk of increased thromboembolism when taking Vitamin E. High doses of Pyridoxine can cause central nervous system symptoms, so caution is advised. Patients with folic acid deficiency may experience blood-related abnormalities from excessive vitamin B12 intake. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart failure, so care must be taken. Taking this medication with antagonists of aldosterone or Triamterene may pose a risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after more than a month of use, consult an expert. This medication must be taken exactly as prescribed, and the urine may turn yellow during use, which could affect clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid consuming tea with tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in a tightly closed container. Do not transfer it to another container, and patients at risk of fat overload should monitor plasma lipid levels to adjust dosage accordingly. If receiving treatment with other lipid agents, it is recommended to reduce the dosage of other lipid agents considering the lipid content of this medication.
