Precautions

This medication may put stress on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. As it contains acetaminophen, severe skin reactions may occur rarely, so if skin rash or allergic symptoms develop, immediate cessation of use and consultation with a specialist is advised. Care should be taken to not exceed the maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen and not to take it together with other acetaminophen-containing products. Due to the presence of pseudoephedrine, if symptoms like fever, redness, or small blisters appear, stop taking the medication and consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, past experiences of inducing asthma, infants under 3 months old, those on certain antidepressants, or patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure should not use it. During treatment, it is safe not to take other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines together. In particular, children, the elderly, those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult with a specialist before taking it. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty in breathing occur after taking it, stop use immediately and consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, avoid prolonged use, refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment, and since drowsiness may occur, avoid driving or operating machinery.
