This medication contains Vitamin B1, B2, B6 and Vitamin E, which assist when experiencing physical fatigue. It is especially used during pregnancy, lactation, in states of reduced physical strength during and after illness, and commonly in old age. It also alleviates eye fatigue, as well as pains like neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and improves inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) and skin issues (eczema, dermatitis). This is effective for shoulder and neck stiffness, tingling, and cold sensations appearing due to peripheral blood flow disorders or menopausal symptoms. Finally, it is also used to relieve muscle cramps resulting from magnesium deficiency. Overall, it is used to improve a variety of symptoms and assist recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule once, twice daily.

Child dose

For children over 12 years: take 1 capsule once, twice daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to specific ingredients or who have experienced hypersensitivity reactions. Additionally, infants under 12 months, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and individuals allergic to soybean oil or peanuts should not take this medication. It is important not to take this medication alongside phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotic classes, antacids, and medications such as Levodopa. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant or possibly pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, young children, patients with heart or circulatory issues, those with impaired kidney function, patients with hypoproteinemia, and patients with lipid metabolism disorders should consult an expert before taking this medication. This medication contains a dye called Yellow No. 5, so individuals allergic to this component should exercise caution. If symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, rashes, skin redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction appear during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult an expert. This medication may affect the menstrual cycle and caution is required as it may prolong bleeding. Patients taking contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be careful as vitamin E intake may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose vitamin B6 usage may cause nerve damage, while excessive vitamin B12 intake may result in hematological abnormalities. Overdose may lead to nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so caution is necessary. When taken with certain diuretics, potassium levels in the blood may increase, requiring careful monitoring. If symptoms do not improve after more than one month of use, consult an expert. This medication should be taken according to the specified dosages and administration method, and it may turn urine yellow during use, which can affect test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should periodically check their blood lipid levels and adjust dosages as necessary. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and humidity, and keep it sealed in a cool place. Moreover, it is important not to transfer it to a different container to maintain its quality.
