How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 years and older: 1 dose 1 pouch (18 mL) Take this medication 30 minutes before travel to prevent motion sickness. If necessary, an additional dose may be taken at intervals of at least 4 hours. Up to 3 doses may be taken in a day.

Child dose

Precautions

This medication should not be taken or used by nursing women and infants under 3 years of age.
