This medication is used for patients who need to take Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin/Ezetimibe simultaneously. Telmisartan helps in treating essential hypertension and is effective in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Particularly, it lowers the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular-related mortality in high-risk patients aged over 55 who cannot use ACE inhibitors. Rosuvastatin/Ezetimibe regulates cholesterol levels in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia, reducing total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol while increasing HDL cholesterol, contributing to the improvement of blood lipid levels. This medication is used to simultaneously manage hypertension and dyslipidemia to enhance cardiovascular health.
