This medication is used only for patients who require combined therapy with telmisartan and rosuvastatin/ezetimibe. Telmisartan is effective in treating essential hypertension and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. It particularly helps reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular disease mortality in high-risk patients who cannot use ACE inhibitors. Rosuvastatin/ezetimibe is used to improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, and to increase good cholesterol HDL. This medication aids in the management of hypertension and dyslipidemia, thus enhancing cardiovascular health.
