This medication is used to supplement vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C which are necessary during various periods such as physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding, post-illness physical decline, developmental period, and elderly age. It also improves poor bone and dental growth, and is effective in preventing rickets. It helps alleviate peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, improving shoulder and neck stiffness, and numbness and coldness of hands and feet. It relieves symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue, contributing to the maintenance of a healthy body. It is effective for pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as for alleviating inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis), eczema, and dermatitis symptoms. Including zinc supplementation, it helps enhance immune function and wound healing. This medication is used for the overall improvement of patients' health.
For individuals aged 8 years and older and adults: take 2 tablets once daily after meals.
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with renal diseases. It should also be avoided by individuals who have allergic reactions to any component in this medication, infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, and patients with severe renal failure symptoms. During the course of taking this medication, it is important to avoid taking certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, patients currently receiving treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight and consuming a normal diet, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, caution is needed for patients with peptic ulcers, chronic colitis, heart and circulatory system dysfunctions, renal disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, and a history of kidney stones. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, abnormal heart rhythm, or central nervous system disturbances develop during usage, the medication should be stopped immediately, and a doctor should be consulted. If menstrual cycles become more frequent or bleeding persists, women on estrogen-containing oral contraceptives should be cautious as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use can lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of pyridoxine can cause nerve disorders. Moreover, excessive intake of vitamin B12 can lead to hematological abnormalities, and high doses may cause side effects such as exacerbation of peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure may occur, necessitating caution, and there is a risk of hyperkalemia when combined with certain diuretics. It is essential to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines, and parental supervision is required when administering to children. Additionally, this medication may affect urinalysis results, hence it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea during use. When storing, keep in a sealed container out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. It is essential not to transfer to another container for quality maintenance.
