Treatment of athlete's foot caused by dermatophytes
This medicine is used to treat skin infections caused by fungi in the Trichophyton genus (e.g., T. rubrum, T. mentagrophytes, etc.), Microsporum canis, and Epidermophyton floccosum. It is particularly effective for fungal infections of the feet, such as athlete's foot, and is applicable to adolescents aged 15 and older, as well as adults. It helps alleviate itching and inflammation of the skin and aids in the cleaning of the infected area. Therefore, this medicine is used for the treatment of dermatophyte infections.
This medicine is applied only once. Before application, the affected area should be washed clean and fully dried, then a sufficient amount should be applied to adequately saturate the affected area and its surroundings. To ensure complete treatment of the fungus, both feet should be treated even if there are no lesions on one side. Apply a thin layer between the toes and over the entire sole of the foot, up to about 1.5 cm above the sole, and allow it to dry for 1 to 2 minutes.
