Improvement of essential hypertension and dyslipidemia
This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by taking a combination of amlodipine and valsartan, and in patients who require treatment for dyslipidemia and risk reduction of cardiovascular disease through atorvastatin. Additionally, atorvastatin improves cholesterol and triglyceride levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, supporting cardiovascular health. By taking these two medications simultaneously, blood pressure and blood lipid levels can be effectively managed. Therefore, this drug is used for the reduction of hypertension and cardiovascular disease risk, as well as the improvement of dyslipidemia.
