This medication is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease, particularly erosive reflux esophagitis. It is also effective as a long-term maintenance therapy to prevent recurrence in patients with esophagitis. It aids in alleviating symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease even in the absence of esophagitis. Its efficacy contributes to improving symptoms and preventing disease progression in patients. Therefore, it is used to treat a variety of symptoms related to gastroesophageal reflux disease.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication should be taken on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before meals. It should be swallowed whole with at least half a cup of water. Do not take with beverages other than water. Do not chew or crush the tablet. For the treatment of erosive reflux esophagitis: Administer 40/800 mg once daily for 4 weeks. Precautions

This medication should not be administered to patients who have allergies or have experienced hypersensitivity reactions to this drug or its components.
