This medication is used for the relief of inflammation and pain in conditions such as osteoarthritis, shoulder periarthritis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, enthesitis, tennis elbow, muscle pain, and swelling and pain after trauma. This drug reduces pain and decreases inflammation, improving the discomfort for patients.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

After removing the release liner, apply one patch daily to the affected area (for 10cm x 14cm). After removing the release liner, apply two patches daily to the affected area (for 10cm x 7cm). Without a doctor's instructions, the treatment period should not exceed 14 days, and the patch should be changed every 24 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to specific components or have a history of hypersensitivity. Particularly, individuals allergic to aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or who have asthma should avoid this medication. It is also safer not to use the drug in patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers. Patients with severe heart failure, kidney or liver damage, children under 12 years old, and women in the third trimester of pregnancy or breastfeeding should not use this medication. Do not take this medication simultaneously with other NSAIDs, anticoagulants, or corticosteroids. Since it is secreted in breast milk, it is advisable not to use it while breastfeeding. Elderly individuals, those with chronic bronchitis, allergic rhinitis, gastrointestinal diseases, liver or kidney dysfunction, hypertension, and women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should consult a specialist before use. Individuals with allergic constitutions or sensitive skin should also be cautious. If unusual symptoms such as rashes, itching, or redness occur during use, it is necessary to stop using the product immediately and consult a specialist. Use over a long period or in excessive quantities may lead to serious side effects such as nausea, respiratory distress, or renal failure, so caution is advised. This medication is for external use only and should be kept away from the eyes or mucous membranes. It is advisable not to use it on damaged or infected skin. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after use, consult a specialist. In the early and middle stages of pregnancy, it is safer not to use this medication unless absolutely necessary. If used, it should be at the minimum dose and for the shortest duration possible. In the case of overdose, wash the area thoroughly and seek appropriate treatment if necessary. Store this medication in a tightly closed container to protect it from air and moisture, maintaining a storage temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius to safely preserve its efficacy. Keep it out of reach of children.

Hives, severe swelling (edema), difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, rash, skin peeling, pain in oral/eye mucosa, high fever accompanied by severe rash, facial angioedema, drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS syndrome), acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), severe skin reactions (including erythema multiforme, exfoliative dermatitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis), severe allergic reactions, shock, anaphylaxis.
