Improvement of physical fatigue and decreased physical strength in old age, relief of peripheral blood circulation disorders (e.g., shoulder stiffness, cold extremities), inhibition of muscle cramps
This medicine is helpful in various situations, including those with vitamins E, B1, and B6. It is effective for physical fatigue and decreased strength during pregnancy or nursing, as well as physical strength management in old age. It also helps relieve shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness and coldness in hands and feet, which are caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. It is also used to alleviate symptoms associated with pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as inflammation around the mouth, eczema, and dermatitis. In particular, it is useful in the prevention of beriberi, recovery from eye fatigue, and improvement of muscle cramps related to magnesium deficiency. Overall, it is used to improve symptoms of fatigue, pain, and blood circulation disorders.
For ages 12 and older: Take 1 capsule, twice a day.
This medicine should not be taken by anyone with an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its components. Additionally, infants under 12 months or patients with severely reduced kidney function should not take this medicine. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also refrain from taking this medicine. Patients with dyslipidemia or diabetes-related lipid metabolism abnormalities or those with pancreatitis should use this medicine with caution. This medicine contains Yellow No. 5 as a coloring agent, so those allergic to this component should be careful. It is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, certain antibiotics or antacids, and medications such as levodopa while using this medication. Especially, women receiving medical treatment, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing women, as well as patients with heart or kidney issues should consult a professional before taking this medicine. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, or neurological symptoms occur while taking this medicine, it should be discontinued immediately and a professional should be consulted. Additionally, if the menstrual cycle becomes more frequent or bleeding persists for a long time, discontinue use and consult a physician. Women taking contraceptive pills containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be careful as taking this medicine may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use of vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage; caution is advised. Patients with folic acid deficiency should be careful when taking high doses of vitamin B12 as it may cause blood abnormalities. Taking this medicine in excess can lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart problems, so caution is necessary to avoid overdose. In particular, using it with certain diuretics can lead to increased potassium levels in the blood, so caution is warranted. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is advisable to consult a professional. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels while taking this medicine and adjust the dosage as needed. If receiving other lipid injections, the total lipid content of this medicine should be considered to reduce the dosage as appropriate. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, around the time of consumption. Store this medicine out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is important to avoid transferring to another container for quality maintenance.

Abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, symptoms of menstrual irregularities (such as increased flow or earlier onset), prolonged bleeding, peripheral nerve function disorder symptoms (sensory neuropathy, neurological symptoms), hematological adverse responses, gastric symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, swelling, hyperkalemia.

This medicine must be stored in a tightly sealed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1°C and 30°C at room temperature. Proper storage will safely preserve the medication's effectiveness.
