Efficacy & effects

Improvement in blood pressure control in essential hypertension

  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

This drug is used to effectively lower blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension where blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled with monotherapy of either Esamlodipine (Amlodipine) or Telmisartan alone. These drugs work by dilating blood vessels, facilitating smooth blood flow, and help in stable management of blood pressure. This reduces the burden on the heart and kidneys and contributes to the prevention of complications related to hypertension. Therefore, this medication is used as an effective treatment option for essential hypertension that is difficult to manage with monotherapy.
