Precautions

This medication can cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, so individuals with heart disease or risk factors should exercise extra caution and monitor for cardiovascular symptoms. It can cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, so older adults or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease should be particularly careful. Patients with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, significantly impaired liver or kidney function, severely compromised heart function, severe hypertension, or allergies to this medication's components should not take it. Those who have had allergic reactions to asthma, aspirin, or similar substances may also experience severe allergic reactions and should avoid this medication. The use of this medication should be avoided in late pregnancy as it can affect fetal health; if pregnant, a careful decision should be made after consulting a physician. Women who are breastfeeding should avoid taking this medication as it may pass into breast milk. Regular check-ups, such as liver and kidney function tests, are necessary for long-term use, and any abnormal symptoms should be reported to healthcare professionals immediately. Drowsiness, dizziness, and visual disturbances may occur while taking this medication, so caution is required when driving or operating machinery. There may be interactions with other anti-inflammatory medications or specific drugs, so it is crucial to inform the pharmacist or doctor before taking them. Elderly patients are at a higher risk of adverse reactions, so they should start at a lower dose while closely monitoring their condition.
