This medication is used to supplement vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C in situations such as physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, and post-illness fatigue. Vitamin B1 helps relieve pain from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is effective for beriberi and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 are used for relieving symptoms such as inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis), stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It also helps improve muscle cramps due to zinc deficiency and magnesium deficiency. This medication effectively improves various nutrient deficiencies and their resultant symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Take one tablet orally once a day after meals.

Child dose

For children aged 12 years and older, take one tablet orally once a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or its components. Infants under 12 months and patients with severe kidney failure should also avoid taking this medication. During the use of this medicine, it is important not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications such as levodopa simultaneously. Patients under medical treatment, those with hyperoxaluria, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, lactating women, premature infants, young children, patients with heart or circulatory dysfunction, patients with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, patients with gout or kidney stones should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, rash, hypotension, pulmonary edema, arrhythmia, or central nervous system depression occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Attention is needed as menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding could last longer. There may be an increased risk of thromboembolism when vitamin E is taken with estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or in patients with a thrombotic predisposition. Prolonged high-dose intake may lead to tolerance, and high-dose long-term use of pyridoxine may result in neurological disorders. Patients with folic acid deficiency may present hematological abnormalities when vitamin B12 is administered above a certain dosage. Caution is needed as high-dose use may cause peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Excessive intake may cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. Caution is needed when taken with an aldosterone antagonist or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, as it may influence glucose detection during urine tests. Additionally, this medication may cause urine to turn yellow, affecting clinical test results. It is advised to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. It is important not to transfer to other containers to maintain quality.
