The vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc contained in this medication are mainly recommended for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, during illness and recovery, and in old age. Vitamin B1 (benfotiamine) helps alleviate pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and relieves eye strain. Vitamins B2 and B6 are effective in treating oral inflammations such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. Thus, various vitamins and zinc are used for nutritional supplementation for overall body health and recovery.
