This medicine contains Vitamins D, B1, B2, B6 and zinc, and may assist in various situations. It is used for nutritional supplementation needed during physical fatigue or in pregnancy and breastfeeding, during and after illness, during growth periods, and in old age. Vitamin D improves poor bone and tooth development and prevents rickets. Vitamin B1 helps relieve neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 are effective in alleviating various inflammatory skin symptoms, including angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Zinc also contributes to recovery of bodily function and maintenance of health.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 12 and older: Take 1 tablet once a day

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, patients with kidney disease, and those allergic to this medicine or its ingredients. Additionally, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and those with severe renal failure. During the use of this medicine, it should not be taken simultaneously with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Those undergoing treatment from a doctor, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants and children, individuals with gastrointestinal diseases, heart or circulatory system problems, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, or those with a history of kidney stones should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, skin rashes, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system depression, dermatitis, foul odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, irritability, gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, pulmonary edema occur during usage, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Also, long-term high doses of pyridoxine can cause abnormalities in the nervous system, and overdose of Vitamin B12 may lead to hematological abnormalities, so caution is required. High doses may exacerbate peptic ulcers, result in glucose intolerance disorders, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and with excessive intake, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur. Taking with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase the risk of elevated potassium levels, so caution is advised. This medicine must be taken in accordance with the prescribed dosage and regimen, and it may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is also recommended to avoid consuming tannin-containing beverages like green tea and black tea before and after taking this medicine. Store this medicine out of reach of children, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, and do not transfer it to other containers to maintain quality.
