This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and zinc. They help alleviate physical fatigue, especially during pregnancy, lactation, and situations of diminished health during or after illness. It is also effective in alleviating pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and improves inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis), oral inflammation (stomatitis, glossitis), dermatitis, and eczema symptoms. Additionally, it is used for alleviating beriberi and eye fatigue. It helps maintain health and improve symptoms in a variety of conditions.
How to take
Adult dose
1 tablet once daily.
Child dose
Children aged 12 years and older take 1 tablet once daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney disease. Those who are allergic to this medication or its components should also avoid taking it. Babies under 12 months, renal stone patients, and severe renal failure patients should not use this medication. Caution is advised for those with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. Individuals with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should refrain from taking this medication. During treatment, do not take this medication simultaneously with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications like levodopa. Patients being treated for other conditions, or those with hyperoxaluria, cardiovascular disorders, kidney issues, or hypoproteinemia must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children also require consultation with a specialist. Individuals with gout, kidney stones, dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should exercise caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, hypotension, facial flushing, arrhythmia, skin rash, central nervous system abnormalities, gastrointestinal disorders, or pulmonary edema occur during usage, immediately discontinue the medication and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and neurological damage or blood abnormalities could occur; therefore, caution is required. High doses can cause side effects such as peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance damage, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Overdosage may lead to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, edema, and congestive heart failure; thus, caution is advised. It is imperative to strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, as this medication may influence urinalysis results. It may also cause urine color to change to yellow, which can affect clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas such as green tea and black tea before and after use. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust the dose as needed. Store in a sealed container to prevent air entry, and keep it at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. This helps maintain the medication's efficacy and ensures safe usage.
