1. Vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C are beneficial when experiencing physical fatigue or during pregnancy and lactation, or when physical strength is reduced during and after illness, and during growth and old age. 2. The vitamins contained in this medication can help improve poor growth of bones and teeth, and prevent rickets. They also play an effective role in relieving pain symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, inflammation around the mouth, eczema, dermatitis, beriberi, and eye fatigue. 3. Zinc is a necessary mineral to maintain body functions and promote health. Overall, this medication is used for enhancing physical strength and improving various symptoms.
How to take
Adult dose
For those 12 years and older and adults: 1 tablet once daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis, which is an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease, or those with kidney disease. Additionally, those with allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, and patients with kidney stones should not take it. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or genetic lactase deficiency should also refrain from taking it. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable to avoid taking phosphates, calcium salts, orally administered tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids simultaneously. It should also not be taken with the medication levodopa. Patients receiving medical treatment or those with oxalate nephropathy, pregnant or lactating women, premature infants, babies, and individuals with heart or kidney disorders must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Patients with a history of hypoproteinemia, gout, or kidney stones, and those with abnormal lipid metabolism should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, low blood pressure, or swelling occur during treatment, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Likewise, if there are prolonged menstrual changes or bleeding, stop taking and consult. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking this medication. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and taking it with certain vitamins can cause nerve damage or blood abnormalities. High doses may lead to peptic ulcers, blood glucose abnormalities, or liver damage, so caution is advised. Overdosage may manifest as nausea, vomiting, swelling, or congestive heart failure symptoms; notify a specialist immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage; it may affect blood glucose detection during urine tests. During treatment, it is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust medication doses as needed. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it should not be transferred to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
