For example, it should not be administered to those who have an allergy to the active ingredient of this medicine, type 1 diabetes patients, patients with severe renal impairment, and those with lactose intolerance. In patients with impaired renal function, this medicine should be used cautiously, and if renal function continues to decline, the medication should be discontinued. It is indicated for limited use only in patients with mild to moderate heart failure and is not recommended for patients with severe heart failure. Blood pressure decreases and symptoms of dehydration may occur during treatment, making it essential to regularly monitor blood pressure and fluid status. Caution is advisable during driving or operation of machinery due to the risk of hypoglycemia. Pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant should avoid using this medicine, and nursing mothers should also refrain from taking it.
