This medication is used for patients who require both Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin. Telmisartan helps with the treatment of essential hypertension and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It particularly lowers the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular-related mortality in high-risk patients for whom ACE inhibitors are difficult to use. Rosuvastatin Calcium is primarily used as an adjunct to diet in patients with hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia and delays the progression of atherosclerosis. Additionally, it is effective in reducing the risks of stroke, myocardial infarction, and vascular reintervention in patients with a high risk of cardiovascular disease. The combination of these two ingredients effectively improves cardiovascular health.
