Megabromel Tablet (Bromelain)

Adult dosage

As bromelain, take 100mg 2 times a day. Take with water 30 minutes before meals.

Children's dosage

Children aged 12 and older take the same dosage as adults.

This medication should not be taken by patients with severe blood coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia. It should also not be taken by patients with severe liver or kidney disease, especially those undergoing hemodialysis. Patients taking anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors should not use this medication concurrently due to the increased risk of bleeding. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid this medication, as its safety has not been established. Children under 12 years old should also refrain from using this product. Before taking this medication, consult with a doctor or pharmacist if you are currently using antibiotics, particularly tetracycline antibiotics. Additionally, this medication contains a colorant, Yellow No. 5, so those with allergies or hypersensitivity to this ingredient should be cautious. If an allergic reaction occurs after taking this medication or if gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach pain or diarrhea arise, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. It is advisable to bring the medication leaflet when consulting. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and must be kept in a sealed container to prevent incorrect use or degradation of the product quality.
