Vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C are used when experiencing bodily fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, when strength is diminished due to illness or after illness, and also in old age. These vitamins can help alleviate inflammation of the mouth and tongue, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin symptoms like eczema or dermatitis. Additionally, zinc is an essential nutrient for our body, important for enhancing immune function and wound healing, thus it is advisable to maintain an adequate supply. These components are used to improve overall health and alleviate symptoms.
