This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc, and helps in various situations. It is used to maintain health through proper nutritional supplementation when you are physically fatigued, during pregnancy and lactation, or when vitality is reduced due to illness or after an illness. It also helps relieve pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and reduces eye fatigue. It is effective in treating inflammatory symptoms of the mouth and tongue such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. By contributing to the relief of various symptoms and boosting physical strength, it aids in health management.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 12 years and older: take 1 tablet once daily after meals.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, which is an excessive amount of calcium in the blood, sarcoidosis which is a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, and patients with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months old, and those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take it. During the course of taking this medication, it should not be taken together with certain medications such as phosphate, calcium salts, orally administered tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, patients currently receiving treatment from a doctor, patients with primary hyperoxaluria who excessively excrete oxalate in urine, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, young children, patients with heart or circulatory problems, patients with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, patients with gout or kidney stones must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal disorders, abdominal pain, or pulmonary edema occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and prolonged use of pyridoxine in doses between 500 mg to 2 g may cause peripheral nerve issues. Moreover, patients lacking folic acid who take vitamin B12 in excessive doses may experience blood abnormalities, and high-dose usage may worsen peptic ulcers and cause blood glucose control disorders or liver damage. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur, and caution should be exercised when taken with certain diuretics, as this may dangerously elevate potassium levels in the blood. If there is accidental overdose or if symptoms persist after one month of use, be sure to consult a specialist. This medication should be taken as prescribed, and when given to children, adult supervision is needed. The use of this medication may affect urinalysis results, and the urine may turn yellow, so keep this in mind during clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosing of this medication if necessary, and if using other lipid agents concurrently, dosing should be adjusted considering the total lipid intake. This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. To maintain quality, do not transfer the tablets to another container.
