This medication is used for acute nocturnal pain that makes it temporarily difficult to sleep due to pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules before bedtime if it is difficult to sleep due to pain. - Do not exceed 1,200 mg of ibuprofen and 75 mg of diphenhydramine in 24 hours including this medication. - Maintain a dosing interval of more than 4 hours after taking ibuprofen and/or diphenhydramine. - Do not take continuously for more than 5 days if the cause of the symptoms is undetermined.

Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if you regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Taking this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular problems. People with a risk of heart disease or stroke, or those taking it for a long time should be cautious. Serious issues like bleeding or ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract may occur, so elderly individuals or those on prolonged treatment should be more careful. Individuals allergic to the ingredients of this medication, or those with gastrointestinal diseases, asthma, severe liver/kidney dysfunction, heart failure, high blood pressure should not take it. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as well as lactating women, are advised not to take this medication. While taking this medication, avoid using certain drugs, such as antihypertensives, lithium, diuretics, anticancer agents, anticoagulants, antidepressants, and other analgesics. Do not exceed the recommended dosage while taking this medication, and do not use it in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Caution is required when driving or operating machinery due to possible drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medication, and if you are breastfeeding, it is advisable to stop breastfeeding or discontinue the medication. Before taking, discuss with medical personnel if you have a history of blood abnormalities, liver/kidney diseases, heart diseases, high blood pressure, or allergies. If you notice symptoms such as allergic reactions, severe skin rashes, shortness of breath, bleeding, abdominal pain, vomiting, dizziness, visual disturbances while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Interactions

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, high-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (like warfarin), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, other sleep aids, hypnotics, MAO inhibitors, cold medications, antipyretics, or other medications containing ibuprofen or diphenhydramine. Do not take with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medication.
