In particular, vitamin D helps maintain bone and dental health, improves growth disorders, and is used to prevent rickets. Additionally, it contributes to the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia and is also useful for zinc supplementation. In summary, these vitamins support overall health, promote growth and recovery, and are effective in preventing anemia.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 8 years and older, take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication contains iron, which can cause serious poisoning or death if accidentally ingested in large amounts by children under 6 years old, so it should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children. Additionally, patients with hypercalcemia, which is a condition with high calcium levels in the blood, patients with sarcoidosis, a cause unknown systemic inflammatory disease, and those with kidney diseases should not take this medication. Infants under 1 year old, patients currently receiving treatment from a doctor, children exposed to significant sunlight, patients with hyperoxaluria, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Furthermore, patients with peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, cardiac or kidney dysfunction, hypoproteinemia, alkalosis, gout, and a history of kidney stones should consult with a specialist prior to use. If any abnormal symptoms occur such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, itching, abdominal pain, cramps, fever, or coma during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider. This medication may cause changes in menstrual cycles or increased bleeding and may elevate the risk of thrombosis when taken with certain contraceptives, so caution is needed. Long-term high-dose use may lead to nerve damage, abnormal blood responses, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, or liver damage, so it is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage.
