This medication is used to supplement vitamins A, E, B1, B2, B6, and C needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, during and after illness, and in old age. It helps relieve dryness of the eyes and improve night blindness, a condition where vision is poor at night. It is also effective in alleviating symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness or coldness in the hands and feet, which may arise from peripheral circulation disorders or menopause. Thus, this medicine is used not only for vitamin supplementation but also for improving various symptoms.
How to take
Adult dose
Ages 8 and older, including adults: 1 capsule once a day

Ages 8 and older: 1 capsule once a day
Precautions
This medication should be used with caution in women within the first three months of pregnancy or in women who could become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day can pose a risk of congenital malformations. Children, especially those under 6 years of age, may risk mortality from overdose of iron, so it should be stored out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, allergy to this medication, infants under 12 months of age, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, kidney stones, and severe renal failure should not take this medication. If side effects such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, abdominal pain, or heart irregularities occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and overdose of vitamin A should be avoided. It is also advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. It may affect blood sugar tests or urine test results, so inform the healthcare provider about the use of this medication during testing. Patients with excessive fat conditions should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage as necessary. Store in a sealed container to protect from air and moisture, at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius, avoiding direct sunlight and not transferring to other containers.
