How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

For children above 8 years: take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medicine contains iron, and if accidentally overdosed by children under 6 years of age, it can cause serious poisoning that may be life-threatening, so it should be stored out of reach of children. Individuals with excessive calcium in their blood or certain inflammatory diseases and kidney diseases should not take this medicine, nor should those who are allergic to this medicine or its components. It is also safe for infants under 12 months, patients with iron overload disorders or kidney stones, and patients with severe renal failure to avoid this medicine. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, itching, abdominal pain, hives, fever, hair loss, or abnormal heart rhythms occur during use, immediately discontinue taking the medicine and consult a specialist. Additionally, changes such as an increased frequency of menstrual cycles or prolonged bleeding should be observed carefully, as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis under certain conditions. Long-term high-dose administration may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of B vitamins can cause neurological abnormalities, so dosage should be strictly followed. This medicine may aggravate gastrointestinal disorders or affect blood sugar control and may increase the risk of hypercalcemia or kidney stones. Be sure to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and parental supervision is required when administering to children. Also, some teas (such as green tea and black tea) contain tannins that may interfere with the effect of this medicine, so it is advisable to avoid them before and after taking the medicine.
