This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C. It helps supply vitamins when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, and when physical strength is low due to illness or recovery. In particular, vitamin B1 relieves pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is also effective for beriberi (toe paralysis) and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 alleviate symptoms of inflammation around the mouth such as angular stomatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and tongue inflammation such as glossitis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. This drug aids in overall physical recovery and alleviation of various pains and inflammation to improve health.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once a day.

Child dose

Children aged 8 years and older: take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney diseases. Additionally, those who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients should avoid use. Patients with kidney stones or severely impaired kidney function should also refrain from taking it. Since this drug contains lactose, patients with a genetic problem that prevents them from digesting lactose should not take it. It is advisable not to take this drug along with the medication Levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, patients undergoing treatment, children who are frequently exposed to sunlight, patients with oxalate nephropathy, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, and patients taking cardiotonic glycosides or those with gout or kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking this drug. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, hypotension, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rashes occur during use, the medication should be discontinued immediately, and a specialist should be consulted. Long-term high-dose use can lead to tolerance, and excessive pyridoxine intake can cause neurological problems. Patients deficient in folic acid who excessively take vitamin B12 may develop blood abnormalities, so caution is required. High-dose use can cause peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance issues, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Long-term use can lead to hypercalcemia and stone disease; therefore, caution is advised. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after taking for more than a month, consult a specialist immediately. This medication must be used according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and supervision by a guardian is necessary when it is given to children. Additionally, this drug may affect blood glucose measurements in urine tests or cause urine to turn yellow, which should be considered during examinations. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For quality maintenance, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container.
