It is used when there is excessive secretion of stomach acid causing discomfort, helping to regulate gastric acidity and reduce symptoms. This aids in alleviating indigestion or discomfort, maintaining a comfortable gastrointestinal state. Therefore, it is used to improve heartburn caused by excess stomach acid and upset stomach.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and patients aged 15 years and older take 1 tablet at a time. Do not exceed 2 tablets within 24 hours.

Precautions

This medicine contains lactose and should not be used by individuals with genetic disorders that inhibit lactose digestion. Additionally, it should not be taken by those allergic to any of its ingredients or similar medications. Individuals who have difficulty taking medications should also avoid using this medication. Patients with unexplained weight loss or persistent abdominal pain should use this medication with caution and consult a doctor, as there may be other underlying conditions. Patients with kidney disease should check serum calcium levels while taking this medication, and those on other medications must consult with a professional. This medication can rarely cause allergic reactions or liver function abnormalities, and side effects such as indigestion, skin rashes, headaches, and fatigue may occur.
