This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, which help alleviate physical fatigue, provide vitamin supplementation during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and during illness or post-illness recovery, as well as during growth and old age. It is also effective in relieving various pains such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is used for treatment of inflammation of the mouth and tongue, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as for eczema and dermatitis. This medication also helps improve problems of poor bone and tooth development and prevent rickets. It is effective for alleviating beriberi and eye fatigue as well. Overall, this medication is used for alleviating symptoms caused by various vitamin deficiencies and for health management.
Dosage and Administration

1 tablet per dose, once a day.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, also known as high calcium levels in the blood, sarcoidosis, which is an unexplained systemic inflammatory disease, or patients with kidney disease. Those who have allergic reactions to any of the ingredients in this medication should also avoid taking it, as well as infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal insufficiency. Furthermore, since this medication contains lactose, individuals with lactose intolerance or hereditary lactose metabolism disorders should refrain from using it. Infants under 1 year, patients undergoing doctor’s treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight with a normal diet, patients with hyperoxaluria, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and young children should consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Those with gastrointestinal conditions such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, or localized colitis, individuals with heart and circulatory system issues, kidney issues, or hypoalbuminemia, and those with a history of gout or kidney stones should also exercise caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, hypotension, arrhythmia, or central nervous system functional impairment occur during the use of this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult with a healthcare professional. In addition, women experiencing menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding, those on oral contraceptives may have an increased risk of thrombosis, so caution is advised. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and combination with specific vitamins may result in neurological damage or hematological abnormalities, thus caution is necessary. This medication can cause side effects such as gastrointestinal disturbances, hyperuricemia, liver damage, edema, and hyperkalemia; therefore, if symptoms appear, consult a healthcare professional immediately. Also, the prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to, and when administering to children, adult supervision is required. This medication may affect urine test results; it is advisable to avoid consuming drinks containing tannins, like green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medication.
