This medication is used for patients who need to take Candesartan Cilexetil and Rosuvastatin simultaneously. Candesartan Cilexetil is primarily used for patients with essential hypertension and those with heart failure with impaired left ventricular function, especially when additional treatment beyond ACE inhibitors is needed or when tolerance is poor. Rosuvastatin is used supplementary when dietary measures are insufficient for patients with hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia. Additionally, it helps reduce the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and vascular intervention in patients at high risk of cardiovascular disease. The combination of these two components works to control blood pressure and cholesterol, improving cardiovascular health.
