Children under 8 years old, patients currently undergoing treatment from a physician, children exposed to sunlight and receiving normal meals, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Caution is especially needed for premature infants, newborns, and nursing infants, as this medication may be harmful. Patients with cardiovascular issues, renal problems, hypoproteinemia, and those on cardiac glycosides should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. This medication includes caramel, so those with allergies or hypersensitivity to caramel should use it cautiously. It is essential to consult a specialist if taking other medications as well. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal distention, skin rash, red spots, constipation, hypotension, flushing, irregular heartbeat, cardiac arrest, or central nervous system depression occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term use of pyridoxine in doses of 500mg to 2g daily may lead to peripheral neuropathy, so caution is advised. Overdose may worsen peptic ulcers or cause glucose metabolism disorders, increased uric acid levels, and liver damage. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may also occur, necessitating caution. Long-term use might cause hypercalcemia and the formation of stones, so it is advisable to regularly check the condition. If the medication is misused or symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, consult a specialist. Adhering to the prescribed dosage and administration is crucial, and when administering to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian. The medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results.
