This medicine contains vitamins A, D, E, B group (especially B1, B2, B6), and vitamin C, which help provide nutrition necessary for physical fatigue or during pregnancy and lactation, decreased physical strength during illness and recovery, as well as during growth and old age. Vitamin A is effective in relieving dry eyes and improving night blindness, while vitamin D helps maintain the health of bones and teeth and prevents rickets. It also aids in the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia and provides zinc. This medicine is used to maintain and improve health in various situations as mentioned above.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 8 years and older and adults: take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should be used with caution for women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, because administering over 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day may pose a risk of congenital malformations. Children, especially those under 6 years old, may face fatal iron poisoning in case of overdose, so keep out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, those allergic to the components of this medicine, infants under 12 months, and patients with hyperkalemia should not take this medicine. Persons with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should also avoid this medication. It is advisable not to take it together with phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Infants under 1 year, patients receiving treatment from doctors, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, patients with certain kidney and gastrointestinal disorders, and pregnant and nursing women must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, hives, abdominal pain, low blood pressure, or allergic reactions occur during the medication, stop taking it immediately and consult with a healthcare professional. Long-term use at high doses may lead to side effects such as neuropathy, liver damage, and increased risk of hypercalcemia and osteoporosis, so caution is advised. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and supervision by a guardian is needed when administering to children. The vitamin A contained in this medicine can be sufficiently obtained from regular meals, therefore, be careful not to exceed 5,000 IU in supplementary therapy. It is advisable to avoid consuming beverages containing tannins such as green tea or black tea during intake, as they may affect urine test results.
