This medication helps with nutritional tonics, improvement of weak constitution, and alleviation of physical fatigue. It also promotes recovery during or after illness, and is effective for gastrointestinal disorders and nutritional deficiencies. It is used to supply necessary nutrition during febrile wasting diseases and during pregnancy and lactation.

How to take

Adult dose

Adolescents aged 15 and older and adults: 2 tablets per dose, 1 to 2 times per day

Child dose

Children (ages 7 to 14): 1 tablet per dose, 1 to 2 times per day

Precautions

This medication must not be given to patients who are allergic to this drug or any of its components. It should not be used in patients with severely impaired kidney function. Do not administer this drug to children under 7 years of age. This drug contains lactose hydrate; therefore, patients with genetically determined galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. Before taking this medication, consult a physician or pharmacist if you are receiving treatment from a doctor or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you experience discomfort in the stomach, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, redness, nausea, vomiting, or loose stools while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. This drug may affect a woman's menstrual cycle, causing it to occur earlier than usual or resulting in increased and prolonged bleeding. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk for thrombosis should be cautious when taking vitamin E together, as it may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term use of pyridoxine at doses of 500mg to 2g per day may cause peripheral nerve abnormalities, resulting in sensory disturbances or neurological symptoms. Taking this medication in high doses can worsen peptic ulcers, reduce glucose metabolism capacity, or increase blood uric acid levels, as well as cause liver damage. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administering to children, it should be done under the supervision of an adult. If symptoms do not improve even after one month of use, consult a physician or pharmacist. This drug should not be taken together with levodopa, so if you are taking other medications, be sure to consult a healthcare provider. Taking this drug may cause your urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. Store this medication in a safe place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, moisture, and keeping it in a cool place to maintain quality. Attention should also be paid to storage conditions to prevent misuse, and medications past their expiration date should not be taken. Additionally, it is important to finish using the product within 6 months after opening to maintain quality. It is safer to keep it in its original container rather than transferring to another container.
