Adult dosage
For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injury, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriasis arthritis: orally administer 200-600mg per dose, three to four times a day. The maximum daily dosage can be up to 3200mg. For mild to moderate pain and cold: orally administer 200-400mg per dose, three to four times a day. For migraines: take 200-400mg orally per dose, ensuring not to exceed 400mg over a 24-hour period.
Children's dosage
For inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis: orally administer a divided dose of 30-40mg per kg of body weight, three to four times a day.

This medication is primarily used to relieve fever and pain caused by colds. It is also effective for managing pain associated with low back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and degenerative joint disease such as osteoarthritis and inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis. It helps alleviate post-surgical pain and is used for various pains such as headaches, migraines, and toothaches. It is applicable for muscle pain, neuralgia, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, and psoriasis arthritis. Additionally, it is effective for treating soft tissue injuries such as sprains and bruises, as well as non-joint rheumatic disorders like tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. This medication is used to improve various pain and inflammation symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injury, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriasis arthritis: orally administer 200-600mg per dose, three to four times a day. The maximum daily dosage can be up to 3200mg. For mild to moderate pain and cold: orally administer 200-400mg per dose, three to four times a day. For migraines: take 200-400mg orally per dose, ensuring not to exceed 400mg over a 24-hour period.

Children's dosage

Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist if the individual regularly consumes more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as it increases the risk of gastric bleeding. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction or stroke in people with heart or vascular problems or risk factors, thus caution is advised for long-term use. It is safer for individuals with existing gastric ulcers or bleeding, or those with a past history of such conditions, to refrain from using this medication. Do not exceed the recommended dosage during use, and it is advisable not to take it alongside other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If you are breastfeeding, this medication may pass into breast milk and cause adverse reactions in infants, so breastfeeding should be discontinued or medication should be stopped. Patients with blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart failure, hypertension, and a history of allergies should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. This medication may interact with specific drugs; individuals taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, or antidepressants should consult a doctor before taking it. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty in breathing, bleeding, or severe abdominal pain occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider. In the late stage of pregnancy, it should not be taken due to the risk of ductus arteriosus closure in the fetus, and after 20 weeks of pregnancy, it should only be used at the minimum dose for a short duration due to potential risks of impaired fetal renal function and decreased amniotic fluid.
