Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to certain ingredients. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders that prevent lactose breakdown should not take it. While taking this medication, it should not be used in conjunction with a medication called levodopa. This is because the vitamin B6 included in this medication may diminish the effectiveness of levodopa. If you are receiving treatment from a doctor or are pregnant or breastfeeding, be sure to consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for about a month, discontinue use and consult a professional. If allergic reactions such as hives, rashes, or itching occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If you experience loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, you should stop taking this medication and seek help from a professional. Long-term use of high doses of vitamin B6 can cause nerve damage, so caution is necessary. Especially, if newborns or infants take it, severe drowsiness, low blood pressure, and respiratory distress may occur as serious side effects. If this medication is accidentally overdosed, consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately. When taking it, always follow the prescribed dosages and usage. Certain medications, alcohol, and some oral contraceptives may cause vitamin B6 deficiency, so caution is necessary. This medication should be stored in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and kept out of reach of children. For maintaining quality, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container.
