How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by those who have allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients. It also contains lactose, so individuals with genetic galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. During the use of this medicine, it is important not to take it together with levodopa, as vitamin B6 in this medicine may diminish the effect of levodopa. Before taking this medicine, individuals who are currently under medical treatment, pregnant, or breastfeeding should consult with a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of taking this medicine, consult with a doctor or pharmacist, and if any allergic skin reactions such as hives, rash, or itching occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if symptoms such as loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, nausea, vomiting, or loose stools occur, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. High doses of vitamin B6 can be harmful to the nerves, especially with long-term use for more than six months, there is a risk of neuropathy. If newborns or infants take this medicine, serious side effects such as severe sedation, low blood pressure, and respiratory distress may occur, so caution is needed. If this medicine is accidentally overdosed, immediately consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed dosages and regimens, and prolonged use of specific medications, alcohol, or oral contraceptives may lead to vitamin B6 deficiency, so caution is required. Also, a medication called 5-fluorouracil can inactivate thiamine, so consult a professional if taken together.
