Used for neurological disorders resulting from deficiencies of Vitamin B1 and B6.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to any of its ingredients. Additionally, since it contains lactose, individuals with genetically associated lactose intolerance or related disorders should not take it. It is advisable not to take this medicine along with Levodopa, as Vitamin B6 may reduce the effectiveness of Levodopa. Individuals currently undergoing other treatments, pregnant, or breastfeeding should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve after taking for over a month, consult a physician or pharmacist. If allergic reactions such as hives, rash, or itching occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If there is a decrease in appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, stop taking and consult a physician. Long-term use of more than 1 gram of Vitamin B6 per day can cause nerve damage, so caution is advised. Taking this medicine for more than 6 months may increase the risk of neuropathy, so regular monitoring of condition is necessary. If a newborn or infant takes this medicine, dangerous symptoms such as severe drowsiness, low blood pressure, and respiratory distress may occur. In case of overdose, contact a hospital immediately. Medicines should be taken according to prescribed dosage and frequency. Caution should be exercised when using specific medications or alcohol, as well as oral contraceptives containing estrogen, which may reduce the effectiveness of Vitamin B6. Some chemotherapy agents may also inactivate the thiamine contained in this medicine. Store this medicine out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place to maintain quality. Do not transfer to another container to avoid misuse or abuse.
