Additionally, they are effective for muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Therefore, this drug is used for various inflammation symptoms, fatigue recovery, and relief of muscle cramps.

How to take

Adult dose

For those 12 years and older, take 20 mL twice daily between meals.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or any of its ingredients. Also, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months or patients with severely impaired kidney function. While taking this medicine, it is advised to avoid concomitant use with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Moreover, high-dose intake of this medicine can worsen peptic ulcers, cause problems with blood sugar regulation, and lead to liver damage. Overdose can result in symptoms like nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart problems, so caution is necessary. Especially when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, blood potassium levels may increase, so it should be used carefully.
