How to take

Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older) should take 1-3 tablets once daily at bedtime (on an empty stomach). For the initial dose, take the minimum amount and adjust the dosage gradually based on the shape and condition of the stool.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with acute abdominal diseases or intestinal obstruction. Additionally, as this medication contains lactose, patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic issues should avoid taking it. It is advisable not to take this medication within 1 hour after consuming antacids or milk. Patients experiencing severe abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting symptoms, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, and individuals taking other medications should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Consultation is necessary for those with a personal or family history of allergic conditions, rectal bleeding, or intestinal failure. This medication contains Yellow No. 4 dye, so individuals allergic to this component should take caution. If abdominal discomfort or cramps occur or if constipation does not improve after 1 week of use, stop taking the medication and consult a professional.
