Relief of symptoms of common cold (acute rhinitis, sinusitis) and allergic rhinitis
This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heavy head caused by acute rhinitis and allergic rhinitis, as well as sinusitis.
Adults aged 15 years and older should take 1 tablet three times a day after meals. The interval between doses should be more than 4 hours.
This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. People who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, or have had hypersensitivity reactions should not take it. Breastfeeding women should either refrain from taking this medication or stop breastfeeding. Those taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors like antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or antiparkinson agents within the last 2 weeks should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or hereditary lactose-related issues should not take it. During the use of this medication, other oral medications for rhinitis or antihistamines contained in cold medicines, cough medicines, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, and those containing diphenhydramine should not be taken together. Individuals with allergies or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medications must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with health issues such as heart disease, glaucoma, urination disorders, or those who are weak or have a high fever should also consult with a healthcare professional before taking the medicine. Women who are pregnant or possibly pregnant, the elderly, and those currently undergoing treatment by a physician should seek advice before taking the medication. Smokers or patients with respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or who have a cough lasting more than a week, or cough accompanied by fever or rash should consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, extreme thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rash or itching, urination difficulties occur after taking the medication, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve after taking it 5-6 times, stop taking it and consult a healthcare professional. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication except in special cases, and must seek a doctor's care if necessary. Adhere to the exact dosage and administration and do not take for an extended period of time. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medication, so avoid operating vehicles or machinery. Alcohol should be avoided while taking this medication. Store this medication out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a tightly closed container. It is important not to transfer to other containers to maintain quality.
