This medication is effective for relief of various pains such as headaches, toothaches, joint pain, muscle pain, and menstrual pain, and is also used to reduce febrile symptoms such as fever and chills.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 15 and older: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times per day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

Those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication, as there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Caution is needed for those with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, or smoking when taking higher doses of this medication, particularly avoiding dosages of 2400mg or more per day. High-dose use may slightly increase the risk of thrombotic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Individuals allergic to this medication or its components or those with a history of asthma should not use it, nor should infants under three months of age. It is safest not to take this medication with other antipyretics, analgesics, or sedatives. Infants infected with chickenpox or influenza and children under the age of 15 should consult a doctor before taking this medication. Individuals with allergic constitution or liver, kidney, thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, elderly individuals, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before use. Particularly, its use should be avoided after the 30th week of pregnancy, and after the 20th week of pregnancy, it is recommended to use the minimal dose for a short period as it may affect fetal kidney function. If symptoms such as skin rash, itching, vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, dizziness, or swelling appear during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. This medication should not be given to children under the age of two, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid prolonged use, and do not consume alcohol while taking this medication. This medication contains Yellow No. 5, so those allergic to this component should exercise caution. Store out of reach of children, in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and do not transfer to another container.

Urticaria, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor, difficulty breathing, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain of mucous membranes in mouth/eyes, asthma, anaphylactic shock, mucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), Kohn's syndrome.
