Adult dose

Typically, for adults, take 4 tablets three times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication must be consulted with a specialist before use in patients with hypertension, heart or kidney diseases, or in those with edema. Additionally, it is necessary to consult before use if you have previously experienced allergic reactions such as skin rashes or itching caused by the medication. Women who are undergoing other treatment, pregnant, or may become pregnant should carefully consider whether to take this medication. Children and the elderly may have somewhat weakened menstrual function, thus caution is advised during use. This medication contains specific dyes, and those allergic to these ingredients should exercise even more caution. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or extremities or increased blood pressure occur during use, immediately discontinue use and consult a specialist. If symptoms such as muscle weakness or cramps, skin rash, indigestion, cough, or respiratory distress, or abnormal liver function occur, discontinue use and seek medical attention. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to, and regular blood pressure and blood tests should be conducted during long-term use. Care should be taken when taken together with certain diuretics or other medications containing licorice as there may be a risk of side effects. When taking with other herbal medicines, ensure that the herbal ingredients do not overlap. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and kept out of the reach of children. Additionally, to maintain the quality of the medication, it should be stored sealed in its original container.

Serious side effects

Decreased urine output, swelling of the face and extremities (edema), increased blood pressure, headache, fever, cough, shortness of breath, respiratory distress, liver dysfunction, jaundice, general malaise, myopathy, interstitial pneumonia

• paralysis
• abnormal serum potassium level
• increased blood pressure

This medication should be kept in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. Additionally, it is best stored at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C.
