This medication can affect the cardiovascular system, potentially increasing the risk of serious thrombotic reactions such as myocardial infarction or stroke, and caution is especially warranted in individuals with heart disease or risk factors. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal problems, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforations, particularly in the elderly or those using it for extended periods. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers, drug-induced gastrointestinal problems, known allergies to this medication or its ingredients, a history of asthma or aspirin allergies, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, and patients with severe liver, kidney, or heart disease should not take this medication. Care should be taken when used in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, blood pressure medications (ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor antagonists), aspirin, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, antiplatelet agents, and corticosteroids, as the risk of side effects may increase due to interactions. Those with a history of peptic ulcers, hypertension, heart failure, asthma, liver or kidney disorders, the elderly, and children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. During treatment with this medication, it is advisable to avoid or stop breastfeeding, and if any abnormal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, skin rash, anemia, liver function abnormalities, drowsiness, etc.) occur, the medication should be discontinued immediately and a specialist consulted. This medication should be used for the shortest duration at the minimum effective dose, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function monitoring are necessary for those on long-term treatment. While taking this medication, blood pressure, heart condition, and gastrointestinal status should be closely monitored, and appropriate antibiotics should be administered if infection is suspected. This medication can cause severe allergic reactions in the skin, especially within the first month of administration. Keep out of reach of children and do not transfer to another container.
