How to take

Adult dose

For the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) erosive esophagitis, take 40 mg once daily for 4 weeks. If symptoms persist or are untreated, continue for another 4 weeks. For long-term maintenance therapy for preventing recurrence in esophagitis patients, the dosage is 20 mg once daily.

Child dose

For adolescents over 12 years old, take 40 mg once daily for 4 weeks to treat erosive esophagitis. There is no experience with dosing in children under 12 years.
